You do cardio on the day and don’t eat anything else.
I fastet the whole day and ran 4.5km which is around 25 minutes on the treadmill at 10.5km/hour with 0.5% elevation. I ended up burning 350 calories. And I ate a Big Mac menu with 20 nuggets and drank a Diet Coke.
Obviously you shouldn’t do this 7 days a week, but if you are really craving fast food it’s a good little tip.
