Ime 15 and I need to cut Ime 20-23% bodyfat and bloated but don’t see any results especially body wise I will wake up the same everyday what can I do any methods I will try

eat less and do cardio it doesn’t have to be cardio in the gym just walk outside it feels nice and it’s not forced
