cant go in a caloric deficit, bc i dont wnna stunt growth

can start gym but wtf am i supposed to do apart from treadmill.

diet is gna be shit

can hit protein 132g a day

im 165lbs i wanna lose like 10-15lbs

bf% is 20-23 wanna get to sub 15%

i was kinda fat like you when i was 13 as well, and i will ignore all of the stupid shit you said and give u a good response. do cardio, dont eat. if you are tempted to eat drink flouride rinse or some shit or apple cider vinegar to make your stomach feel like shit so you have no desire to eat. as you grow you will thin out, what are yout genetics like

Dude what's wrong with you? Caloric deficit is only thing that matters if you wanna loose weight you could've asked google. You can always cut body parts off tho too it will help you loose weight and mog

just fix your diet and eat single ingrediet foods ( + self educate if you wanna take you diet more seriously).

If you wanna lose weight just play sports + hit weights + do cardio

Never cut calories b/c your scared of being fat when your 13.

You will thank you self when your older that you ate food and didnt stunt you height.

remeber its always easier to cut a bunch of weight when you 20 yrs old than it is to try and grow at 20 ( which is impossible) becuse you felt fat at 13.

relax lil nigga, eat good food, get good sleep, ( pin your ass with gh if your rly autisitic). also get of this forum before it ruins you life.
