I started a cut from 3000 calories weighing at 190 lbs and did approx 2600 cal for the first month and now doing around 2300 cal in this second month, weighing in at about 184.6. Is my weight loss too rapid? I dont want to lose weight too fast because I would obviously be giving up muscle alongside fat. Am I cutting too agressively or I am good?

You cut nearly 25% of your caloric intake, that's probably the limit. Increase cardio duration not cut calories again after this point

This. I gained 3-4kg of lean mass during my initial lean cut because I worked out as intensively as normal despite being in a caloric deficit.
I also lost 12kg of fat.

(Lean cut: Not just cutting out calories, but eating low cal with high protein intake and minimal fast carbs)

Though these 'noob gains' are not, as the name implies, possible for people who have already been working out for years.
They are only possible for someone new to weightlifting.

For someone who has lifted for years they have to make a choice between cutting or bulking.
Though even these people can preserve muscle mass during a cut by maintaining a high protein intake during the calorie reduction.

Eat lots of high-protein dense meals and try not to go under 500 calories below your maintenance level.

yeah i am definitely trying to keep my intensity and weights the same as before my cut. I am 185 pounds roughly 5'11 flat, how much protein should i take in?? What are some everyday carb heavy foods to avoid?? As for newbie gains, I have been lifting about 4x a week semiseriously give or take since August 2021, so Im not sure if i will be able to channel that or not

Just avoiding bread and pasta on offdays will go a long way. They are fine during heavy workout days though. I also avoid them because gluten makes my skin look like shit though.

A good protein intake is about 1,2g to 2g per kg of bodyweight, or about 2-3g per lbs.

So for example you weigh 80 kilos, you want to eat about 100-120g protein daily while lean bulking or trying to gain muscle mass from newbie gains.

That's fairly easy to obtain. Eat 400g of steak, minced meat or chicken and a protein pudding. Just as an example. Or instead of a protein pudding a few eggs.
