Go on a 6 month cycle. 8-12 weeks is simply not enough to see a change. Then take 4 weeks off, then back on mk677

25 mg. Anything over shows vastly diminishing returns.

Hm, personally I’m planning on using MK-677, Niacin and Melatonin. No clue about the cycles yet though.
