Yes the only way you can darken your hair is dyeing your hair with hair dye. There is no way you can make your hair perma dye alo that the hair that grows back is also dyed.

Using hair dye it better anyways so i dont see why not just get that. But if you do have tinted conditioner from before hand then go ahead and use it.
