How to darken the skin around the eyes?

I want to darken the outer corners of my eyes, similar to how girls wear eyeliner. I don’t want it to come off at the end of the day. I heard latisse can sometimes result in skin darkening, but the orbital fat atrophy gives me cold feet. I’ve also heard of permanent eyeliner tattoos, but those seem hit or miss. Ideas?

you can create scars to do this. when i was a dumb youngcel i used a knife to make 100s of tiny cuts lateral to the lateral canthus and that area is still darkened
