im not telling you to suppress your sexual energy but understand that masturbation is a looksmin and that looking at women on the internet may not be beneficial if you dont want to masturbate, try to keep it reasonable if you see a woman online, you dont have to lust after every female thing you see online, actually i think its very unhealthy to not look at woman at all, if you dont see pretty women irl id recommend even to look at pretty woman online (as long as they dont have boyfriends because thats a nono) but as i said keep it reasonable and only do that if it does not make you masturbate
