I lift 6 times a week and my work is pretty labor intensive so by the end of the day my hair sweaty and nasty af, I’m trying to get healthier hair right now so I wanna get to a point where I’m only washing twice a week, I tried using a blow dryer to remove the moisture and dry shampoo to make it look less sweaty but it still ends up looking kinda nasty until my wash day, any advice fellow gymcells?
