How to deal with bad cheekbone shape?

Assuming you have enough cheekbone mass but the shape is rather roundish / féminine, what can you do?

Is it possible to have your cheekbones sculpted with the help of osteotomies?

Or just get some sharp formed implants?

You can get fillers I guess but that might just end up making you look bloated
