No that rarely ever stops it. You need to at least stand your ground verbally, even if the whole group is against you. Showing them you have balls, then they might retreat

yeah tbh I'm not very good looking. it definitely plays a part

and yeah this one girl would bully me for my so called non-NT behaviour (just a few idiosyncrasies, nothing too unusual, we all have them)... tbh it feels as if its due to a negative "halo effect" from my looks and because it would be rude to make fun of someone's looks they gaslight you by making fun of your "quirkiness" instead smh

Tbh there was this fat guy who instigated it a lot of the times but I felt as if it would be inappropriate to use his weight for a comeback, because normies would think I’m going too far
