I get angry when it Turns dark, No this isnt some muh im different but i can feel my Heartbeat increase and my rage for Humans Düring the daytime gets tripled and this is the time i want to r-pe and kill people, especially vulnerable people or women) im 18 and its been Like this since i was 11-13 (Not the r-ping Part tho, that came later)

I want to stalk people in the forests and its currently midnight while im typing this

Are there any medications to Combat this (im Not going to therapy)

The reality is i know everything the therapist is going to say
And also telling him my true Feelings of Sex and murder will get me Arrested as im 18

I can't really help, but most I can say is try to segregate yourself from place's which has a high population of Women and "Vulnerable people".
