Serious How to deal with constant stress/scalp tension?

For the past few years I’ve often felt some sort of headache like my head is pulsating. It usually happens when I think too much about shit which I do everyday. Are there any drugs I can take to stop it from happening. I am almost certain it is accelerating my balding.
