How to deal with high cortisol

Whenever my dad comes home I get stressed out and try to avoid him, get stressed/anxious in gym etc. What are meds for this

Just stay outside and come back home just to sleep, i did that for months

I did that this year ngl, but I would rot on campus instead of doing anything productive. I am looking for job rn tho (being doing so for too long, brutal wasted time pill )
