How to deal with mixed signs from girls

This turkish girl keeps liking my stories and responding to them and shit, I've literally only spoken to her twice in my life and both times were while I was sitting on my phone and she came up to me and started talking to me. But when I respond to any of her messages that SHE sends ME I get left on delivered for hours. I was gonna follow her spam since I only follow her main but now that I'm still on delivered I feel like I'll look too desperate.

What to do to deal with this? I wasn't prepared to talk to girls post-ascension

I don't like her stories or anything. Not that she posts much on her main but what little she does I just ignore it. I might post on my story later again with some friends to show that it isn't bothering me, maybe that'll put an end to it
