They all banter, insult me sarcastically, and overall treat me disrespectfully.

How do I deal with them? If i insult back, they all gang up against me.

If i stay quiet, they come and start a conversation with me, then start insulting in the middle of the conversation.

I wouldn't take what they say too seriously bro. Some people are unironic predators though and if you show that you're a bitch they start treating you worse.
