Most of the bloat is actually genetic, but it would be because of estrogen in most cases (cause MR and eNac are minimal in most of the users).

But if you want, you can use a potassium-sparing diuretic + HCTZ, and kill all the Na and MR water retention.

Also, keep the E2 in range and blood pressure.
