How to deal with sweaty palms?

I have focal hyperhidrosis which means i sweat a lot on specific parts of my body, and in my case it's only the palms of my hands.

Is there any product that i can apply over them to make them dry or drier?

Well technically, Botox closes sweat glands pretty well. Not sure if you'd wanna inject that in your hands though lmao.
