I've finally become 5psl (was originally 3.5-4) and I am about to enter into a relationship for the first time in my life at 21,
But there are still all the cringy memories from growing up as a subhuman and the effect that head on everything in my life ,
How do I cope with everything that has happened in the past seriously, it literally eats away at me...

You can't overcome teenage inceldom. You'll be forever tainted, it's like being violated as a child.
If incels are honest with themselves, they'll realize that they can't feel worthy of love, and can't love back. That ability is extremely fragile and can't withstand the soul-shattering effect of constant rejection and cucking during formative years. Add black pills to the mix and you will never be able to bond with a female, even if you ascend hard.
