Step 1: Figure out why your reality is fucked. What are the contributing factors? When did your life become shit? Has it always been shit? Ask yourself these questions.
Step 2: Start to make a list of the problems that are solvable and the problems that cannot be solved.
Step 3: Try your hardest to fix the issues that you can fix.
Step 4: Once you realize there are some issues that you cannot solve, then determine if those issues are the biggest contributor to your shit life syndrome. If you find out that those unsolvable issues are indeed the biggest cause of your depression/anger/suicidal thoughts then you can move to step 5.
Step 5 (final step): Accept that some things cannot be changed and are simply the way things have to be and you couldn’t change it no matter what. Not much else you can do. Either kill yourself or continue living the rest of your shitty life until you die.
