Ate like 5 mc donalds so much cake and icecream my face is absolutely cooked rn bro. I got acne coming skin oily i got fatter bloated as hell. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!! even my friends saying i got more chopped. So painful:feelsrope::feelsrope::feelsrope::feelsrope::feelsrope:

im at the ending stage where it usually starts literal ropefuel:feelsrope:, but my acne isnt severe its js 1-2 pimples that go away after 5 days. Guess ill js eat clean. Any tips for oily skin? thanks tho

idk abt oily skin yeah i have it too but idk just wait till 18 and see what happens

"Lose weight in a week" is such a broad term. You can lose half a pound a week if that's what you want, but there's a limit to how much you can lose without it becoming dangerous.

Overall, why even try to rush? Unless you have an important event coming up, just get your shit together and expect results to come eventually. Nothing good ever comes out of a rushed process bro. Caloric deficit, proper diet, sleep, hydration and only minimizing sodium intake, it's not complicated.

Wanted a magical solution? Well there's none, I mean there probably is but... is it really worth it? Just stick to what has been working since humanity appeared on earth.

Edit: By the way if your acne wasn't a problem before it should resolve once you get your diet in check. If it was an issue before, along with your oily skin, use Niacidamide+Zinc serum in the morning and retinol at night, along with sunscreen, cleansing and moisturizing. Ice your face too in the morning. That's all you'll probably need as an oily type.

i wanna debloat my face got fat, the reason i said a week cuz i glowed down in a week so it should take around that time to get back on track.
