How to debloat as an athlete

I swim so I do 3ish hour of cardio a day on top of weights. I have a pretty high carb diet (70-80g) and I drink atleast 180ml of water a day and am still bloated, sitting at 165 lean and around 15% bf . How do I fix this.

Replace your water with coconut water or raw fruit juice.

Eat 400g of carbs and avoid meat
