How to debloat easily?

Drink lots of water? Avoid salt and sugar?

Bloat can be caused by a number of things. High insulin, cortisol, bodyfat, mineral imbalances autoimmune issues. Salt may or may not reduce bloat depending on the circumstances but in general its best to avoid salt as it will in general make you hold more water. Basically what you are going to have to do if you are serious about this is switch to one fuel source.

I would recommend the carnivore diet. Do not consume any carbohydrates and eat around 300 calories below maintenance. You can lower this if you are not getting results fast enough but if your cortisol spikes then up the calories. This will prevent you having high cortisol and in turn making you retain more water. Carbs hold water too.



If you want really fast results but be careful as too much can damage your heart.
