No you can't. Imagine the bloatlord de-bloating in 24hrs. Not possible. Takes a few days to get rid of excess water, etc.

Agreed. And potassium (apparently) . I never had to deal with bloat (seems like you haven't either, you have a lean face) but I feel for those who have the problem. I don't even think its sodium based because I eat a lot of things with tons of salt content, yet never have to deal with bloating/retaining water.
