acnes short term fix is using topical retinoids, long term fix is identifying what causes your skin to react how it does by observing what meals flare it up, for example one of my friends acne flares up via dairy consumption whereas mine ive correctly identified as processed sugars/fried food. for facial debloating id recommend a 2:1 potassium to sodium ratio, reduce excess sodium intake due to sodiums water retention quality and also as u mentioned skinny fat build try consistently maintain a caloric deficit ensuring you arent starvemaxxing

tretinoin, calorie deficit, go to the gym.

ur not "bloated" because of a muh sodium-potassium ratio

so mainly i need to identify what causes my acne? i think its cuz some meal messes everything up (sugar probavly) but one of my friends gave me an advice to change shampoo to get rid of forehead acne

yh forehead acne is completely different to regular facial acne, forehead acne i believe is caused due to build up from not washing your hair properly and the oily hair clogs the pores, facial acne i forgot to mention could also be further irritated by dirty bedsheets + pillow case ensure u have a frictionless pillowcase such as satin etc

there’s also diff types of acne on the forehead like fungal vs closed comedones vs regular cystic that u should identify based on appearance & require diff solutions
