How to debloat while gaining weight

I am built like a twink and extremely skinny, therefore I want to try and gain some weight, however whenever I try to bulk, it all shows in my face because I eat bullshit in an attempt to gain. How can i gain weight without getting extreme face fat, is it something to do with my sodium/potassium balance.

Too much sodium and gut irritation in your case. You can eat cleaner which makes it harder to gain weight, or you can take eplerenone. DYOR on risks
