How to debloat your nose

Looking for some method debloat my nose (if any). Are there any other methods to debloat my nose or normal debloating and losing fat will work?

Hydrocortisone is an anti-inflammatory drug that has the side effect of skin thinning when used. So you can use this side effect by applying hydrocortisone on the nose to thin the skin there.

Also retinoids work by shrinking the sebaceous oil glands over your face, including your nose, which makes the nose appear thinner from the front.
