How to debloat

I am 16 73kg and bulking,i have like 15-17%BF and i wanna cut and debloat.I have been bloated for years and i can t take much potassium and i plan eating around 300g carbs while on cut.Except from drinking 3L of water,doing cardio and HIT,calorie deficit-500kcal,2-3g of salt , good sleep,and no refined carbs what else can i do to debloat.
And also can u tell me how fast i will debloat if i will do all these things , regarding the fact that i have been bloated for a lot of years

You're probably not bloated and it's just body fat considering all the things you're doing right now. But dont get leaner just continue bulking cuz ur growing 😳😳

Calories aren't real bro. Carbs are bad for you too

By debloating you mostly want to get rid of the Water your Body holds.
If you drink 5-7 liters of Water per day on a regular Bases your Body releases the retending water, you also want to hold a balance between the water and natural mineral intake. (the key is daily consistency and 1-2 liters in the Morning)
That in combination with low bf (around 12%) you should see your abs naturely.

3-5 is good
6 is pushing it
7 is crazy
your not wrong
it depends on ones daily activity, of course someone that would be sitting all day dose´nt need as much as someone who is active
for example a office worker would need 2-3 liters less then a athlet
but im talking about the *optimal numbers here
in reality the numbers can differ from person to person
