rn im 6' around 163lbs, my body fat is not high, 12 per cent probably, but still have some kind of bloat in my cheeks, although my jaw is visible with no fat or shit, really thinking abt cuting a bit, but im not sure

Avoid foods like candy, pizza, fries etc.
Basically just avoid sugary and salty foods.
