is it possible to debloat in your teen years and if so how? can chin tucks help for debloat
 
no need to debloat just suck your cheeks in 24/7 and eat whatever you want

Chin tucks help with neck muscles and raising hyoid bone. In order to debloat u gotta drink a lot of water and do cardio and cut out sugar and lower the amount of sodium you eat. Get enough sleep too

I sleep 7-8 hours a day drink 2L of water a day and walk 1hr a day. Im going to try and aim for 9 hours of sleep and lower my sodium and sugar consumption just don't know what to do for cardio if I'm underweight

DON'T do cardio if your underweight whoever told you this is stupid , what you look like your missing is the carbs , simply cutting sugar won't cut it , have a low carb count like a double digit one if you actually want to debloat
 
dont stress about it, you'll eventually lose buccal fat as you age
just eat whole foods(mostly animal food like raw dairy, eggs, meat etc)
and stop eating goyslop

do I have a low carb mean for lunch and a high calorie meal for breakfast?
 
Its all about the potassium and sodium ratio u need at least 2:1 so limit as much as u can the sodium

No don't make carbs as low as keto your still growing and carbs will spike your insulin constantly to signal growth eat freely and don't think about it your still a kid as you age you will get a slimmer look
