Ive seen alot of ppl tell other ppl to debloat but never actually tell them how so I wanted to share a few things that personally helped me do so.
If u have any counter argument or disagreement u can jst reply or tell me abt other methods
1.Ginger green tea(goated for debloating used to drink it daily in winter its so good )
2.kiwi(not exactly a debloater but improves overall skin)
3.losing weight,obvious one u have to be lean to look 'debloated' and ultimately debloating it self is for ppl with puffy faces while lean not fat
4.doing cardio/sports very important
5.lymphatic drainages if constantly done could show a difference
6.cutting out added sugars
7.cutting out food with bad oils and salted snacks
8.eating bananas
What do u guys think is this bs or do u agree I personally saw improvements with this
