I need:
-bimax
-rhinoplasty (enlarged jew bulbous nose)
-possible lip lift
-upper bleph to reduce UEE and ptosis
-orbital decompression
-canthoplasty

All of these surgeries are costly and time consuming. I have a class 2 macclussion and set back jaw but more than that a receding chin. Most people point out that my chin is too small but other than that, the overbite isn't visible from the front.

If I take bimax out of the equation and replace it with sliding genioplasty then I can ascend in 2-3 years rather than 5-6+ years.

To put it in context, I look really shit and it impacts my day to day life. My nose is a huge harmony breaker (very downturned bulbous etc) so it's gonna drive me insane to carry on looking like this and very demotivated.

I don't know what to do. I have thought about fixing my eyes, getting the nose job and other stuff first then saving bimax for the last bc its a huge surgery and requires a lot of planning but then i will be doing it all backwards.

If I get lip lift and rhino first THEN do jaw surgery i will have to spend more $$$ on rhino + lip lift revisions and theres a greater chance of fuck ups...

Help

lips first should be fine but you probably know already that rhino before bimax is a terrible idea. imo bimax and nosejob are the ones you should focuse on since they really impact your face . lips and so on are nice but they aren't as much if a dealbreaker as recession or bad nose.

Yeah but my nose is a huge harmony breaker. I can get rhino first then bimax then an alar pinch/secondary rhino for any tweaks.

interesting idea, I'm facing the same issue actually. dont wanna wait 2 years for nose job until bimax is finished (+ time required to get the money) since I can fraud recession away quite effectively.

issue is the average in my country (germany) for a nose job is like 10 k according to Google... 2 nose jobs would be 20 k + bimax... another 15 k ...

besides the money, if they lift your nose tip too much and then bimax, possibly with ccw rotation, aadds ontop of that you could end up with a not correctable pig nose . just my tthoughts, no facts

Yeah the only issue I have is the possible piggy nose after the bimax but price isn't an issue for me since I found myself a great surgeon for a bargain price. I'm only 18 as well so rhino seems like a cheaper and safer bet first. I want to plan my bimax throughly and save up a lot more for it.

Show pic on PM and I'll tell u

Its always the bodyfat. You probably don't need all these surgeries. I don't think anyone need 5-6 different face surgeries unless they are actually deformed.

MSE then bimax to create a base. All else comes after

Don’t get rhino first. Bimax can slightly alter the nose, that’s why I will do rhino later down the line, even though my nose is a huge fail.
