How to decide which surgeries to get and in what order ?

Some things are fairly straight forward like bimax or whatever but what about rhino for example, which shape, width etc etc and how that now changes ur ratios and ur harmony as a whole, how tf do you get multiple surgeries without completely nuking your harmony ??

And no, you don't need every fucking surgery, just fix your most noticeable failos.

If it's at least average, then you are trying to make a halo.

Getting bimax to fix a recessed jaw is fixing a failo as the average person is not recessed.

Getting an overzealous cantho for le O'pry eyes is trying to create a halo that might not suit you.

Don't get me wrong, you can surgerymaxx to get halos, but the risk of looking uncanny, fake or plain retarded increases if it's out of sync with the rest of your features.

Be conservative when trying to make a halo.
