HI I'm 15 and half trying to heightmax, 179cm. I'm trying to keep my growth plates open.
I'm gonna buy aromasin of osgear but they have been out of stock for a while and their delivery takes 3 weeks
This means it will probs be atleast a month until i get aromasin.
So how do I decrease my estrogen as fast as possible naturally??
I'm 179cm and 75/6 kg. I'm lowkey a bit chubby and I know fat is bad for estrogen.
So how can I loose fat without stunting growth??
Or is there better methods
