@exsttttt if ur actually serious about that it's pretty gnarly. your hyoid bone itself isn't really "cookable" in pics unless ur tongue posture is totally fucked. most likely ur tongue is just resting low or ur jaw is slack which exaggerates the neck shelf. focus on tongue posture first, it's like, the core of neck aesthetics. surgery on the hyoid is insane unless it's like, a specific medical issue, which it doesn't sound like.
