I have been struggling in the gym because for the past 3-4 weeks it feels like I’ve pleatued, few weeks ago I hit 210 in bench and today I failed 205? I have no clue as to why. All my other lifts have stayed the same of gone up very minimally, so I’ve been thinking about deloading. I have very little knowledge on the subject and was wondering if anyone could recommend a post on this topic or just tell me based of their knowledge

just take a week off the gym and then go again and btw if ur doing a high frequency split like FB or U/L or a hybrid which is all you should be doing then you shouldn’t need deloads
