Im thinking of asking this girl out (I would say she is HLTB and I am LMTN) but i am unsure if first of all i can even ask her out with success or if she will be worth while, so please give pointers of what you would look for in a relationship

If when interacting with her she gives any sort of ioi's then go for it, if not then no. And if you're too socially inept to spot an ioi then it's gg's brah.
