As you can see, some ethnics are on the BWC crew and some are on BBC crew

How does an ethnic determine which crew?

Basically, if an ethnic is at all whitepassing, has lightskin, caucasoid features, etc, he should be on BWC crew. Most BWC crew actually get laid. Some of these "ethnics" may not even really be ethnic at that point.

If he is ugly, has nigger color skin, is an incel, not white looking at all, he should be on BBC crew.
