I'm looking to take my looksmaxxing journey a lot more seriously but there is a plethora of information which makes it confusing, I would also like to develop an understanding of the human face and body, in order to develop my own looksmaxxing protocol.

I'm mainly looking for resources on the following that are easy to understand for a beginner:
  • Studies/explanations on the human anatomy (esp the face)
  • Inherited aspect of looks that are decided by genetics so I don't waste too much effort on unchangeable stuff
  • Substances, hormones, diet choices or body fluids required to maintain peak looks or performance as a man
  • Causes of facial assymetry and poor posture (anterior head carriage and pelvic tilt) and how to fix it
  • How fat behaves in the body and it's stored, how to burn it (for debloating and weight loss)

Cant really pinpoint any one thread/guide, but

You should just read questions section, research articles etc.

Only do this if ur actually interested, if ur doing it for any other reason its just a huge fucking waste oftime
