I've done a couple of weeks of BTC stretch (NSFW) = Seems like it can help a little bit, but you lose penis angularity, I'd rather reach a DLEA (David Laid's Erect Angularity) than lose it to gain a few mm of length


I also did weight hanging for a couple of weeks = Seems legit, at least flaccid length I think I gained a little bit, I didn't do for long enough because I need to buy some silicon sleeve to properly hang, I was using some synthetic clothing and the lace was already giving me stretch marks on my dick and the clothing was drying my glans every time.


Manual clamping = HOLY SHIT! BEST EXERCISE EVER! -clamping is best for girth
-ads or wrap is best for cementing length
-some kind of cock ring or even rubber band for cementing girth

The top two will stretch out the dick(length wise and girth wise from the inside

The bottom two will keep the dick in an elongated state and with more blood in it that usual while you are recovering. These will enhance your erect gains, but also convert your erect gains into flaccid gains.

- (+1inch length in 3-4 months, +1inch girth in 6-7 months)
- Go to your gym, train, bring a duffel bag into the shower with you at your gym, shower for 2 mins, wash yourself etc.
- Manual stretches for 5ish minutes, I recommend just go down, left, right, left-down, right-down, backwards (behind your legs), kegel for every second, which is one rep, do 15-30 reps of each.
- Get out the bathmate from the duffel bag, do 3 sets of 5 minutes on, 5 minutes off, while off, massage your dick and fling it around a little.
- Enjoy the pump, and thats it.
- the projected increases above are based on both doing stretches and bathmate, if you just stretch, expect an inch in about 6 months, and zero girth gains.

Expensive but seems to be an effective ads. I will probably opt for simple wrapping to heal elongated once I finally get started but using an ads to heal should get even better results.

Both stretching and ads on their own will give you length gains, combining the two is probably the most ideal length focused program you could have, it just looks like a pain in the ass imo

actually no, if you dose it correctly you can completely avoid suppression, isn't actually detected in the bloodstream as testosterone, it's a separate metabolite/androgen.

not brag, i care about my dick health WAYYY more than sex. ive been on semen retention for the past month and my morning wood has came back and i feel generally better.
