how did you manage to give yourself thrombosis vein from stretching? And ED from jelqing? Im 1 month in and if anything it made my erections more stronger and lasting for more time, and without doing as vigorously as most people suggest 5 days a week 300-500 jelqsI've done months of jelq (on and off) = Complete bullshit, it only gave me two episodes of temporary ED
Manual Stretching = Another complete utter shit, it only gave me a thrombosis vein
I've done a couple of weeks of BTC stretch (NSFW) = Seems like it can help a little bit, but you lose penis angularity, I'd rather reach a DLEA (David Laid's Erect Angularity) than lose it to gain a few mm of length
I also did weight hanging for a couple of weeks = Seems legit, at least flaccid length I think I gained a little bit, I didn't do for long enough because I need to buy some silicon sleeve to properly hang, I was using some synthetic clothing and the lace was already giving me stretch marks on my dick and the clothing was drying my glans every time.
Manual clamping = HOLY SHIT! BEST EXERCISE EVER! I gained almost 5mm of girth in the first week and my erections got way better and stronger, I gained like 20 degrees of erection angularity, even during spontaneous erections my dick points towards the ceiling, something that would only happen if I was fapping and super excited
