how to dirty bulk effectively

I'm about 5'7 at 43kg and to put it plainly shit is not good I need some advice to help increase my appetite and the best calorie dense meals which aren't totally goyslop but I'm not too picky considering the aim in my case is to dirty bulk (I assume)
 
bulk is cope, especially dirty bulk, eat enough animal protein and fat, spam low past full fat milk milk (raw if possible), upregulate the randle cycle aswell, for example make a drink using eggyolks and milk and put honey in that shit, tastes amazing and combined carbs and fats for randlecycle upregulation

thank you kind fellow luckily I have access to raw milk locally so I shall take advantage of it however I have one question and that is what is the handle cycle

The Randle cycle is basically the body’s fuelchoice switch between fat and carbs. When fat burning is high, glucose use is suppressed, and when carbs dominate, the use of fat drops. For weight gain this is dope because glucose is spared and more easily pushed into storage under insulin, so a calorie surplus is stored instead of burned.

Do not dirty bulk. Your body fat percentage will get too high, and you will become less healthy.

Do a slow and controlled surplus with 200 up to 300 kilocalories over your maintenance kilocalories.
 
You don't, it's in the name ; dirty.

So you focus on putting quality mass.
