First start by disconnecting and deactivating and wiping everything on your phone, laptops etc. Ditch your current identity. This means leaving behind everything tied to your name- passport, phone, social media, bank accounts, even your SIM card.
A hard wipe on every website, every account. Records will still remains but it would be hard to trace it back if you go by different names and move often. Also do it gradually. Don't suddenly vanish that raises red flags. Slowly reduce online presence, stop posting, deactivate accounts one by one.Leave behind clues that suggest you're somewhere else maybe a fake job abroad or enrolling in a program you never attend.
You ideally move to a place atleast 2 states away from everyone you know that is your family, your friends etc. Remote villages with little to no internet infrastructure are ideal. Also travel discretely avoid airports (they require ID),prefer buses or walking.
Destroy your phone and all digital stuff you own. Use something like DBAN (Darik's Boot and Nuke) to wipe hard drives. You need a new phone you can't buy it normally because it would tie you to a credit card, bank account and a location. So buy ir from the black market. Amass untraceable currency. Bitcoin, something you can transfer around and pull cash with that's anonymous. Mostly use cash for everything
Find lodging on Craigslist or other ways that don't require real names and off the bock rentals. Work the same way. Day laborers can make good money and sometimes require no paperwork. Avoid hospitals unless absolutely necessary they require ID and report to the government.
Deeper in establish a new identity by buying fake documents from thr dark web. Also you could further to start living a completely seperate life. Create a new backstory. A boring-migrant worker, drifter, spiritual seeker, raises the least eyebrows
This is what I have learnt from reading about the modus operandii of criminals, terrorists, human traffickes, mafia that operate and control their business from underground. This is much easier to do in europe because U.S has more regulations and tighter control over it's citizens but it is still possible.
