I do not have a solution for any invasive surgical procedures that will increase lip width and fullness, but I do have a great fraud technique that works pre-slay or before any social event.

Get in the shower and bring your toothbrush, brush your teeth and scrub the FUCK out of your lips, obviously not enough to cause cuts and bleeding, but make them red and inflamed. The toothpaste will dry the hell out of your lips. When you get out PLASTER your lips (including a little inside of your lips) with AQUAPHOR... since they are so dry and inflamed the quick increased hydration and skin barrier repair will plump them for about an hour, repeat every day as needed.
