-lemon bottle( of course)
OK NOW LETS GET INTO IT
First we have to understand our face is filled with nerves and we do not want to mess up our sensitive little nerves
As you can see here there are many nerves u want to avoid. But we are injecting in our buccal fat pad, so u have to be really careful.
So I want you to grab that surgical pen of yours and draw a outline of your buccal fat pad which is under your zygos and just go around the cheek
Yeah so something like that, I kinda messed mines up but it’s fine.
So once you draw your outline, now really look at that nerves picture as you make your points. Since I only had 28 needles I had to do 14 needles on each side so I did a 5x3 on my points.
OH ALSO BEFORE YOU START DRAWING ON YOURSELF PLEASE CLEAN YOUR FACE WITH ALCHOHOL WIPES THEN APPLY LIDOCAINE CREAM WAIT 30 MINUTES THEN U CAN START THE DRAWING PROCESS. YOU WILL GO THROUGH A LOT OF GLOVES AND ALCHOHOL WIPES SO BRING A LOT ITS BETTER TO BE SAFE THAN SORRY.
Ok now while your points is done and lidocaine cream is done if you have not already it’s time to load up the syringes. First I will show a picture of how to even draw from a vial incase you are really clueless. But if you don’t even know how to draw the stuff u probably should really research, because cmon bro wyd.
Ok now that you got that, how much exactly do you draw. So im going to tell you how much to draw in each syringe for 15 needles and 14 since 15 is most common but I did 14.
Since we are doing 2ml in total, that is 1ml each cheek. So what we do is divide the total amount for that cheek with the amount of syringes so for example: 1 divided by 14 = 0.07 so you draw 0.07 ml in each syringe. Do the same for 15, 1 divided by 15 = 0.06 so you draw 0.06 in each syringe.
Ok so now that our needles our setup it’s time to play the music to lock in. Put on the surgical gloves wipe em with alchohol wipes then wipe ur face with alchohol wipes. ITS BETTER TO BE SAFE THAN SORRY I USED ABT 14 PAIRS OF GLOVES DURING THIS MAYBE EVEN MORE.
Ok so now when you inject that needle go in nice and slow in the point at a 45 degree angle but make sure u pinch ur skin as its a less chance of hitting a nerve and it hurts less. You want to make sure you are going deep enough as you want to reach the fat pad. If u are scared abt the pain of going deep remember this if u inject the liquid in the muscle and don’t really reach the fat pad ur fine but it will hurt more and a lil bump will be on ur skin so just reach that fat pad. Once you do slowly inject that liquid in your fat chunky face. Now just do that for every point and just vibe while listening to your favorite song.
REMEMBER IF YOU ARE WORRIED ABT HITTING A NERVE THE LIKELIHOOD IS LOW BUT IF YOU DO ITS NOT OVER YET. Trust me YOU WILL know when you hit a nerve and you can just take out the needle and inject somewhere else. You will know when u hit a nerve cuz i will feel a more shocking sensation across your face and it will feel weird. But if u do hit one just take out the needle and inject somewhere else like I said and ur good.
Ok when ur injecting some blood may come out. Ur fine just switch the gloves and wipe ur face with alchohol wipes.
Also remember after each injection rub your face like a quick 3-5 second message to really rub in the liquid.
Ok now once you are done you will be bloated like a fat chud ur fine just drink hella water throughout the days, do lymphatic drainage face exercises 2-3 times a day, go for a walk,and just really move your body. And in a week or so you are good.
