take the proper ancillaries, split ur dosages into multiple times a week, dont fuck up injections ( near impossible ), make a reasonable cycle, start low and work up to ur final dosage for that cycle, get ur bloodwork done and see if ur healthy about 1-2 months on cycle, also get ur bloods done pre cycle and see if ur already healthy, keep ur e2 in check, dont make the cycle too long, workout, eat healthy, sleep enough, no other drugs, take pct after ur done with ur cycle and thats as safe as you get
