Note : this is for studying.

Join some friendly online study groups and discord servers and where you face cam and study with others
This will motivate you to study and feels like a group study with you friends and you feel less distracted. (Keep the mic off so the session won't turn into chaturbate )

If you have a speaker try playing some study back ground music and keep. It a corner (white noise, blue noise etc)


List out the things which causes you to procrastinate and write it down on a piece of paper and say to yourself you will do these at the end of the day.

Pomodoro works if you experience of like a week or so and you will not get used to it if instantly

If you use mobile/smartphone for your majority source of entertainment/instant dopamine , then I suggest you to use a laptop as you will be lesd familiar with that as entertainment just transfer the study material to the laptop and study from there.

Delete all pf the social media and for YouTube create a new account so the YouTube doesn't show the content you like
And always remind yourself that never to open the shorts section.


Have some energy drinks and all and small walks and stretches when you feel tired and dont do excess exercise as it will tire you.



Out of all this the first one always work find like minded people and facecam with discord as it will hold you accountable .

And finally get rid of blackpill/nhilistic mindset and use blockers for this and other forums

I've studied for 12 hrs straight the night of the finals on only caffeine and it's because I was utterly convinced I was going to fail, but I had to pass

So unless you're in a life or death scenario, you just need to build up the discipline ( age old cliche advice, but it's true)

just take it step by step and you'll get there bhai
