How to do I identify recession?

15, i’ve been told my maxilla and mandible are recessed, but that it’s not that bad. i know there is something wrong with my profile, my lips/philtrum look strange from the side and overall my face could be less flat. can someone tell me a reference point/s to identify the maxilla recession (the mandibular recession is quite a bit more obvious as my chin isn’t very projected) ? )

but if u dont gain weight while on gym, u will lose height+facial bone, keep it in mind.

dont overgym at 15, do 2 months and break 5 months just do cardio

they will grew till 20 bone age gym have 0 effect on ur facial bones if u are already healthy

i’m guessing it’s because people forget to factor in my age when rating, like of course i would be a ltn compared to 20 year old chads. i personally think im at LEAST high ltn for my age

Not recessed but you lack a bit of chin. Your nose is upturned which indicates well developed upper maxilla

Forward growth is not bad, all u need is softmaxxing for acne and bloat and a genioplasty for sure. Nose bridge work if u rly want. That’s it
