How to do proper measurements

So someone please help I did a measurement of my IPD it is about 66MM I think.

66mm IPD. Did the measurement of my midface and it’s about 70 mm.

My midface is about 0.94 it seems but I’ve I’ve been told i have close set eyes many times.

Also for my pheno which is more Amerindian like, Amerindians are known for having a more cyclops IPD. Does this seem accurate or did I do the measurements wrong? Also how much of a death sentence is a 0.94 midface.

The closer the ratio is to 1:1, it's better, between 0.9 to 1 like average and decent ,
