How do u do research beyond just googling stuff. I want to actually research the shit I’ll be pinning before taking it so I’m not just putting what ever in my body.

A lot or most of the botb threads on this forum have sources cited so I recommend looking for a botb thread that talks about what you want to research and look there. From there on you can start looking through the studies themselves, but idk tho I just came with this
